Well, if you notice any obvious problems, that's one thing. But a professional will definitely be able to spot smaller details and issues that might snowball over time. In the end, it's cheaper to pick up on small problems when they start out than it is to accidentally let things go until you need major repairs.

I was looking for a maintenance schedule for our commercial roof online and found this article. With business consuming almost all our time, this is the last thing we're thinking about so maybe if you offered a small service fee to come out on a annual basis or something?

I wish I had found this article previously. We had no idea that we should be doing maintenance on the commercial roof at my business. That is, until it started leaking. Come to find out it could have been prevented. It just wasn't draining and the water staying up there started seeping through. Such a simple thing to have fixed before. Oh well, no one to blame but ourselves.

I'm the facilities manager at our production plant and I'm really surprised at the lack of information online about commercial roof maintenance. I was really happy to find information that at least brings attention to this topic with some of the basics. It's now on my annual to-do list.
