I hired Luke Roofing to install a large solar system and a new roof for an addition to my home.  They were on time, clean, and quick.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely Professional

We had our 32 year old cedar shake roof replaced with the GAF timeline architectural roof.  The guys were absolutely professional.  They arrived on time and completed the entire project in three days.  We had lots of dry rot damage as well as termite damage.  It was replaced perfectly.  Every day the work site was clean.  I was referred by a close friend and I have also referred my brother.  My neighbors were amazed how it looks and how quickly it was done.

I really appreciate the craftsmen ship but most of all your attentiveness was out standing. Always getting a response, answers to my questions and dealing with any concerns I had immediately made me feel like I was the only roof you were doing and I was important. I recently purchased a solar system through Luke Roofing. I couldn't be more happy with how it turned out. I could tell up front that Gary is an honest professional and I had a strong sense that he would treat me right. I did not get this same impression from most of the other companies I spoke to. He designed the exact system I needed and presented me a fair price. Since I have a clay tile roof, I was concerned about the re-roofing necessary for the job. After he explained how he would do it and comparing it to what other companies said they would do, I felt assured that working with Luke Roofing would insure that the job was done right. Gary handled everything from designing the system, getting signatures from neighbors, obtaining approvals from my HOA and the city, purchasing the best hardware, installing the system (including the re-roofing), getting final inspections completed, and having me switched over to net metering with SDGE. He even submitted the application for the SDGE rebate. The whole process took only a few weeks.

I was also impressed by Gary's dedication to doing the job right. After my system was up for a few days I noticed some of the panels were not performing well due to shading by two of my chimneys. Gary was surprised since the estimate he originally obtained from the solar panel company did not show that this would happen. He went back to the company, got new estimates, and immediately agreed that panels needed to be relocated. In short order his team came out and relocated a number of panels. Now my system is producing better than the original estimate. Gary never once hesitated or complained about having to do this re-work.

My system has been performing flawlessly for almost two months now. I highly recommend Luke Roofing for any roofing or solar installation job. He is a no-nonsense guy and is extremely agreeable and easy to work with. I am proud of myself for being such a good judge of character.

Outstanding Service

I have used Luke Roofing twice in the last 10 years, once to replace my roof, and the second time to install solar panels on my roof. Both times their service and attention to detail were amazing!

Their employees were always on time and kept to the schedule that was promised me when I signed the contract. They were very neat, cleaned up daily any loose materials that were left around, and completed the jobs on time!

I can not say enough great things about this nice family owned business. I met with several other roofers and solar installers before going with Luke Roofing and happy I made the right choice!

We called Gary Luke out to fix a leak in our roof. They got to it within 2-3 days, did a fantastic job, and at a very competitive price! Have referred them multiple times & would most definitely use them again!  Top notch company!

Luke roofing did a complete roof replacement for us. The consultant, Jonathan, was very good to work with, explained what needed to be done, provided clear, transparent pricing and followed up promptly every step of the way. The work was done when promised, the quality of work was exemplary and we now have a roof that will probably last longer than we will. LOL! You might find roofers that our cheaper but you get what you pay for. There are lots of fly by night guys out there who do a cheap shoddy job and when you have problems they are long gone. Closed the business and opened a new one to avoid claims from past customers. Buyer beware. Luke Roofing is a company you can count on to do the job right at a fair price. If you ever need follow-up service they will be there when you need them.
